Each player is permitted to hold only one rrph account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of rrph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and rrph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an account on the rrph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with rrph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 Your continued use of the rrph platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
2.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the rrph platform and close your account.
2.4 These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and rrph with respect to the subject matter herein.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the rrph platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. rrph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The rrph platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the rrph platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. rrph makes no representation that the platform is lawful for use in all locations.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use the rrph platform.
3.4 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from rrph or from any other gaming platform under a mutual exclusion agreement are not eligible to register or maintain an account on the rrph platform.
3.5 Employee Restriction. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of rrph and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the rrph platform.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the rrph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times.
4.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, rrph will require you to complete the KYC identity verification process. This involves submitting a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID card). rrph may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed.
4.4 Account Approval. rrph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4.5 Duplicate Accounts. Where rrph identifies that a player holds more than one account, rrph reserves the right to immediately close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated from those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein. The player may also be permanently banned from the rrph platform.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rrph account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your rrph account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify rrph immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel.
5.3 rrph will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from rrph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the rrph support team immediately.
5.4 rrph strongly recommends that players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. While 2FA is not currently mandatory, it provides a significant additional layer of security against unauthorized access.
5.5 rrph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rrph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). rrph reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. rrph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your rrph account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
6.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to players who have successfully completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
6.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. rrph targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
6.6 Withdrawal Limits. Daily withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Your applicable limits are displayed within your rrph account settings. VIP players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as part of the rrph VIP program.
6.7 Source of Funds. rrph reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into your account. This is a PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending investigation.
7.1 rrph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. rrph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where rrph reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or exploiting errors in bonus terms.
7.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. rrph reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not available to players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions.
7.5 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any third party.
8.1 All bets placed on the rrph platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each game or betting market. Game rules are accessible within each game interface and on the rrph help pages.
8.2 Bet Acceptance. rrph reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where the odds or game outcome has been affected by a technical error, or where rrph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
8.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, rrph will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, rrph may void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's account. rrph shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond the return of the original bet amount.
8.4 Palpable Errors. rrph reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were clearly erroneous (a "palpable error"), regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Where a palpable error is identified after settlement, rrph will reverse the settlement and return the original bet amount to the player's account.
8.5 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the rrph platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by rrph at any time without prior notice.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rrph platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
9.2 Where rrph determines that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, rrph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account, void all pending and settled bets, forfeit all balances held in the account, and pursue any available legal remedies.
10.1 rrph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. rrph provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the rrph platform may request self-exclusion via the account settings or by contacting the rrph support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in the closure of the player's account for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period has elapsed.

Where rrph has reason to believe that a player may be under the age of 21, rrph will suspend the account and require the player to provide satisfactory proof of age before the account is reinstated. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.

11.1 All content on the rrph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of rrph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rrph platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any rrph content without the prior written consent of rrph.
11.3 The rrph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of rrph. You may not use any rrph trademark without the prior written consent of rrph.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rrph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the rrph platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 rrph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the rrph platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rrph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 rrph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. rrph will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude rrph's liability for death or personal injury caused by rrph's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
13.1 rrph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rrph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the rrph platform prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the rrph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
13.3 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at rrph.club/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were most recently revised.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and rrph, you are encouraged to contact the rrph support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. rrph will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.4 Nothing in this section shall prevent rrph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
